1. Field of application

The general conditions of sale (the "GTC") apply to all legal acts concluded on the online store www.atableinabox.com (the "Online Store"). The Online Store is managed by the general partnership A Table in a Box SNC, Rue Adrien-Lachenal 22, 1207 Geneva, Switzerland (CHE-443.995.357) ("A Table in a Box").

A Table in a Box reserves the right to modify the T & Cs at any time. The version of the GTC in force at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be modified unilaterally for this order. Your conditions which are in contradiction with or which derogate from these GTC are not recognized.

The product range of the Online Store (the "Offer") is intended exclusively for customers who have their domicile / registered office in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, one of the member countries of the European Union or the United Kingdom. -United.

Deliveries are only made to addresses in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, member countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom.

2.3 Eligibility for purchase

To be able to make purchases on the site, you must provide your detailed contact details. 3.Information

3.1.Products and prices; Taxes and delivery charges

Product images appearing in advertising, flyers, the Online Store, etc. are used for illustration and are non-binding.

The sale prices published in the Online Store are the final prices, which include any advance recycling taxes (TAR) and packaging costs.

For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the prices indicated include VAT, if applicable, and delivery costs.

For deliveries to member countries of the European Union and to the United Kingdom, prices are exclusive of Swiss VAT, and include transport costs. The VAT or sales taxes applicable in the country of the delivery address as well as any customs clearance costs and import taxes are your responsibility and are payable to the carrier (DHL, UPS, DPD or similar). A Table in a Box reserves the right to modify the prices of the products offered at any time. The price indicated in the Online Shop at the time of the order is decisive for the conclusion of the Contract.

3.2 Availability and delivery time

A Table in a Box attaches great importance to displaying the most up-to-date availability and delivery times as accurately as possible in the Online Store. Due to production or delivery issues, however, delivery delays may occur at A Table in a Box. This is the reason why all the information relating to availability and delivery time is given as an indication and can be modified at any time.

4.Conclusion of the Contract

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, none of the items in your cart are reserved and all may be purchased by other customers.

The products and prices published in the Online Store are considered Offers. However, these Offers are always subject to the resolutive condition of an impossibility of delivery or an incorrect price indication.

For A Table in a Box products, the contract is entered into with A Table in a Box as soon as you place your order in the Online Store or by e-mail (the "Contract").

You must pay in Swiss francs.

5.Delivery time

When acknowledging receipt of the order, a provisional delivery date is indicated to you.

In the event of a delay in delivery on the part of A Table in a Box, you are entitled (except for special orders) to withdraw from the Contract from the 30th calendar day following the delivery period initially announced. In this case, A Table in a Box will reimburse you for the amounts already paid. There is no possibility of making a claim with A Table in a Box.

6.Delivery

For A Table in a Box products, all delivery options listed in the Online Store under "Delivery" are available to you.

The delivery address must be in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, a member country of the European Union or the United Kingdom, and be easily accessible by truck. If this is not the case, any additional costs are your responsibility.

If you do not receive the products ordered on the agreed or indicated delivery date, A Table in a Box may terminate the Agreement and charge you for the delivery costs incurred and any loss of value.

7.Return and warranty

7.1 Inspection duty - Product fault

A Table in a Box takes great care in the control of its products and their packaging. Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to check the products delivered immediately after receipt as to their accuracy, completeness and functionality.

If the delivery was made by a transport company, any damage to the delivery must be specified on the delivery note.

Any errors or damage must be reported to A Table in a Box immediately after their discovery but no later than 7 calendar days after receipt of the products.

You are not allowed to use a damaged product. You must keep it in its original packaging and follow the instructions for the return process indicated under the section ["Return and Guarantee"] of your customer account.

The defective product will be replaced within 7 calendar days with a new equivalent product or the purchase price will be refunded within 2 weeks of receipt of the defective product, at the discretion of A Table In a Box.

7.2 Return of goods delivered without defect

Under the conditions listed on "Return and Guarantee", A Table in a Box grants you the right to return your products within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package.

You must register the return of the products yourself in your customer account under "Return and Guarantee" on www.atableinabox.com and return the goods to the address indicated. Products must be returned with all accessories in the original packaging and packaged appropriately. Damaged products are not taken back and you are invoiced in full.

If you use your right of return in accordance with the above return conditions, A Table in a Box will refund the full purchase price to you.

7.3 CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER UNDER THE 2013 DISTANCE SELLING REGULATION CLAUSES (INFORMATION, WITHDRAWAL AND ADDITIONAL COSTS)

If you reside in a country that is a member of the European Union, and in this case only, you have the right to cancel your order placed with A Table in a Box provided you notify us in writing.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without having to justify reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you (or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you) take physical possession of the products ordered.

We will refund you the amount of orders canceled under the distance selling regulatory clauses in full, including shipping costs. However, we reserve the right to deduct from the reimbursement the amount equivalent to any damage caused to the products sent, if the depreciation of the latter has been caused by use to an extent that exceeds what is necessary to ascertain the nature, the quality and proper functioning of the product.

We will reimburse without undue delay, under:

(i) 14 days after receipt of returned products; or (ii) (if such date is earlier) 14 days after receipt of proof of shipment of the Products from you; or (iii) if no product has been sent to you, 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

The refund will be made via the payment method initially used when placing your order; whatever the circumstances, you will not be charged any additional costs resulting from the reimbursement.

If we have sent the products to you before you have opted out, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the products, or until you have provided proof of shipment of the products, the date retained being that of the first of these facts.

You have 14 days following the communication of your withdrawal to A Table in a Box to return the products to us. The return is validated if you send them before the expiration of the 14 day period.

You will bear the costs of returning the products.

Your responsibility is only engaged with regard to the depreciation of the products resulting from handling other than those necessary to ensure their nature, their quality and their correct functioning.

Please note that you will be able to exercise your right of withdrawal under the distance selling regulatory clauses if and only if you send us a formal written notice of cancellation within 14 days of receipt of the order, by e -mail or post, as mentioned above, that is to say before requesting a return via your A Table in a Box account.

7.4 Procedure for any return

You can make any return from the Online Store, in your customer account, under the heading ["Return and warranty"]. To be checked

You do n't have any documents to print. The label attached to the package during delivery is sufficient. If you cannot find the label, you can directly download the return documents after registering the return online and print them. If you do not have a printer on hand, you can contact A Table in a Box and we will gladly mail these documents to you.

The procedure for making a return is as follows:

Return the items to their original packaging with the return slip in the package. The package must be left open so that the carrier can check the contents at the time of collection.

b.Sign the proforma invoice which is located inside the purchase package.

c. Stick the return label on the package. The delivery label affixed to the package upon arrival must no longer be present. Ideally, it should be covered with the new return label.

d.Call the carrier to come and collect the package.

You must keep the proof of return received upon collection of the package until you receive an email confirming that the package has reached A Table in a Box.

It may take up to 2 weeks for the return to be processed. A Table in a Box will send you the amount to be refunded as quickly as possible. Your refund will be credited via the payment method used during the purchase.

Your shipping costs will not be covered by A Table in a Box, unless the returned product is damaged or has not been delivered, in the discretion of A Table in a Box, or a unless you have validly exercised your right of withdrawal.

If your order was sent to an address located in the European Union, VAT, sales taxes and customs clearance will be refunded. Outside the European Union, VAT, sales taxes and customs clearance cannot be reimbursed by A Table in a Box. You can, however, attempt to recover them by contacting the customs office closest to you directly or by using a customs broker.

All other provisions and in particular the statutory warranty provisions are excluded.

8.Responsibility and exclusion of liability

The responsibility of A Table in a Box is never engaged for (i) slight negligence, (ii) direct, indirect and consequential or incidental damages (in particular loss of income or profit, possibility of making savings, loss or transmission of your data, costs of purchasing replacement products) as well as (iii) damages resulting from late delivery, and (iv) any actions or omissions by A Table in a Box auxiliaries, in all cases case that this results from the execution or the failure to execute an order, the Contract or these T & Cs or outside any contract.

In addition, A Table in a Box declines all responsibility for the following causes:

improper storage, positioning or use, contrary to the Contract or unlawful of the product;

9.Payment

9.1 Terms of payment

A Table in a Box sends payment requests for products purchased from the A Table in a Box Online Store directly to you.

You can also choose to pay via PayPal. If you select this option when finalizing your purchase, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete the transaction and then redirected to A Table in a Box.

In the event of payment by credit card or other means of instant payment, the debit takes place at the time of the order confirmation.

9.2 Details of the saved map

You can safely save your credit card data and make your purchases faster.

All of your bank card data will never be displayed, only the last four digits will appear, so that you can identify the card you want to use.

You can choose not to save your credit card details by unchecking the box on the payment page. If you change your address or add a new address, you will need to re-enter your card details.

10.Modification or cancellation of the order

If a (partial) impossibility of delivery (resolving condition) occurs after the order or the conclusion of the Contract in accordance with article 4, you will be informed immediately by e-mail. If the order has already been paid, the amount will be refunded. Your refund will be credited via the payment method used during the purchase. Any other right related to a delay or an impossibility of delivery is excluded.

12.Other provisions

12.1 Unidentifiable returns

Returns for which we do not have any information on the sender and which therefore cannot be returned are kept for six months by A Table in a Box before being disposed of.

12.2 Data protection

12.3 Force majeure

A Table in a Box is not responsible and does not owe you any compensation when performance is delayed or prevented due to force majeure. A Table in a Box will immediately notify you of its inability to perform any obligation under the Contract due to force majeure. If A Table in a Box cannot supply the products for a period of more than 30 consecutive calendar days for any reason mentioned in this section, either party may cancel the order in question upon written notice to the other party. 14.For and applicable law

All legal relationships between A Table in a Box and you are subject to Swiss law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

For legal actions brought by consumers, the place of jurisdiction is Geneva or that of your domicile. In all other cases, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
